Product Application

When applied to the NF concentrate, the modifier enables various organic and inorganic substances within the material to operate systematically according to their respective characteristics and properties. This prevents reactions and agglomeration between them, resulting in smoother and more orderly membrane separation operation. It reduces system load, thereby decreasing membrane cleaning frequency, increasing concentrate processing capacity, and extending membrane service life. 

Product usage method

The dosage of the modifier is calculated based on the system water quality analysis report and operational conditions, typically ranging from 20-25 mg/L. It can be added either diluted or as a concentrate. For dosage accuracy, dilution is generally recommended, using RO permeate or deionized water as the diluent. A 10-fold dilution ratio is advised. Prepare fresh batches every 5-7 days. Ensure the chemical tank is cleaned before each preparation to prevent microbial growth.

4. Q: What's your MOQ for your chemical agent?

A: It is 1 ton, but the transporting cost is much higher. We'd like to share that increasing your order quantity would bring two nice benefits: not only will the transportation cost per ton be reduced, but you'll also be eligible for a more favorable discount on the products themselves.
