ProtectMBC® 1507W-Reverse Osmosis Scale Inhibitor (special for waste leachate)

Reverse osmosis scale inhibitor ProtecMBC®1507W is for waste leachate high salt content, high turbidity, high organic matter, amm-onia nitr-ogen, heterotrophic bacteria and other characteristics of the development of the scale inhibitor, can control the reverse osmosis membrane system in a variety of inorganic salts, colloidal and organic matter in the membrane caused by fouling blockage, and at the same time to prevent calcium, magnesium, iron, aluminum, barium, strontium, silicon deposition of the membrane surface, scale inhibition and dispersion capacity, can extend the system cleaning cycle and extend the membrane life to reduce operating costs. It can prolong the cleaning cycle of the system and extend the life of the membrane so as to reduce the operation cost. It can be widely used in reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and other membrane systems.

Product Features:

(1) Suitable for high COD, high salt, high amm-onia nitr-ogen water quality, mainly for garbage leachate system;

(2) Effectively control the scaling of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, strontium sulfate, barium sulfate, silicon dioxide, LSI value of 2.8 does not scale;

(3) It does not coalesce with iron and aluminum oxides and silicon compounds to form insoluble substances;

(4) Can be used for reverse osmosis CA and TFC membrane, nanofiltration membrane and ultrafiltration membrane;

(5) Good solubility and stability;

(6) Effective in the range of 5-9 pH value of feed water.

Application :

RO scale inhibitor ProtecMBC®1507W is generally dosed at a concentration of 3-8 mg/L. It is best to be dosed before the precision filter. Can be diluted or original liquid dosage, in order to dosage accuracy, the general use of diluted dosage, diluted water is RO water or demineralized water, the recommended dilution times not more than 10 times. Every 5-7 days to re-formulate the agent, note that before re-formulating the agent, should clean the drug box to prevent the growth of microorganisms.

Packaging and Storage: 

Reverse osmosis scale inhibitor ProtecMBC®1507W is usually packaged in 25kg plastic drums or according to customers' specific requirements.
