Main Components:

Polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA), Polyaspartic acid (PASP), Carboxylic acid copolymers, Sulfonate copolymers, Azoles (e.g., triazoles), and additives.

Appearance:

Colorless, light yellow, or brown transparent liquid. No precipitation before or after mixing with water.

Performance Characteristics:

(1) It is a green water treatment formulation, featuring both biodegradability and being phosphorus-free. The discharge water can meet the National Primary Standard for Environmental Sewage Discharge (Total Phosphorus ≤0.5 mg/L) without requiring special treatment.
    (2) Besides its good biodegradability, the polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA) in the composition offers advantages such as low dosage and excellent scale inhibition performance. It demonstrates high scale inhibition rates in high alkalinity and high hardness water, significantly outperforming common scale inhibitors like organic phosphonates ATMP and HEDP. It also possesses dual functions of scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition.
    (3) The polyaspartic acid (PASP) in the composition can chelate multivalent metal ions such as calcium, magnesium, copper, and iron. It is particularly effective in altering the crystal structure of calcium salts, causing them to form soft scale, thus providing good scale inhibition performance.

(4) The alkyl epoxy carboxylate in the component is an environmentally friendly water treatment agent. It is characterized by being non-toxic, phosphorus-free, resistant to ch-lor-ine and high temperatures, and has an particularly excellent effect on calcium carbonate scale inhibition.

Application: 

Application: 
This chemical agent features good thermal stability, hydrolysis resistance, and excellent scale and corrosion inhibition performance. Under high cycles of concentration control in circulating water systems, it is especially suitable for harsh water conditions with high calcium, high hardness, high alkalinity, and high pH. It can achieve more excellent scale and corrosion inhibition effects compared to phosphorus-containing treatment chemicals. Furthermore, after the agent's function diminishes, it is biodegradable and non-toxic, making it an excellent replacement product for phosphorus-based scale and corrosion inhibitors.

Usage: 

Dosage varies depending on the water quality indicators and process parameters of the application system. Generally, based on the makeup water volume, the dosage concentration should be controlled between 20~50 mg/L. Suitable for pH range 7.0 – 9.5.

Packaging, Storage & Transportation: 

Packed in 25 kg, 200 kg, or 1000 kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is twelve months. Handle with care during transportation to prevent impact.
