Product Performance and Application

This product is a brand-new neutral descaling agent designed to replace traditional acid cleaning processes. It effectively removes carbonate scale, iron oxide scale, and other deposits. Composed of specially selected high-efficiency chelating agents, solubilizers, corrosion inhibitors, and other components, it offers fast rust removal, non-corrosiveness to equipment, ease of use, and pollution-free operation.

The agent does not cause over-corrosion or hydrogen embrittlement in steel substrates. It is widely applicable for descaling in boilers, evaporators, heat exchangers, and for cleaning rust products from equipment.

Product Usage Instructions and Packaging and Storage

It is recommended to dilute with deionized water. For removing carbonate scale, use a concentration of 10-20%. For iron oxide scale, use a concentration of 5-20%. Increasing the temperature of the cleaning solution can enhance descaling effectiveness and shorten cleaning time. After use, the product will form a passivation film on the steel surface, eliminating the need for additional passivation. 

SGR0207W is packaged in plastic barrels. It should be kept away from strong oxidizers and strong 
alkaline substances. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure. Store at room temperature for up to twelve 
months.
